My Approach
Amanda tailors her therapy to the individual and draws on a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Attachment and Psychodynamic Perinatal and Individual therapy , Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Trauma Focussed therapies, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Gottman Method Relationship Therapy.
She is a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Association (AHPRA), and is a board approved supervisor. She is member of the Australian Association of Psychologists.
Amanda is a member of the Adelaide Pelvic Pain Network, a network of health professionals who work as a multidisciplinary team in the management of chronic pelvic pain.
